O'Hanlon Paving, a proud member of The Fath Group of Companies, has been a key player in the Edmonton, road construction industry for over 65 years. We are currently looking for general labourers to join our operations. These are seasonal full-time positions working on crews in various locations throughout Edmonton and environs. The successful candidate must be able to align with the company's core values: Commitment, Attitude and Respect.

Responsibilities
  • Assist various construction crews with labour duties
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications
  • Some experience in road construction labour duties will be an asset
  • Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time
  • Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow directions is required
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to consistently communicate in a courteous and professional manner is required
  • Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends

  • Potential on-call work during the winter months during snow removal and early spring sweeping season
